WHAT WE DO

The Lake House Charitable Foundation was originally conceived by Helen and Tim Perry, having spent many hours chatting around the kitchen table about philanthropy in general and certain specific charities. With the support of the Board of Trustees, comprised of family members and great friends, they ultimately decided to pledge financial support to charities they believe could deliver the best possible support and assistance where it is most needed. The Lake House Charitable Foundation aims to be a force for good within the grant-giving arena.

OUR SUPPORT

The Trustees meet biannually and all grant applications are considered. The range of support provided is normally between £500 to £10,000. We do consider repeat requests and have supported several of our charities for many years.

We are happy to consider requests for core funding as well as project-based grants. We do occasionally support national charities, however we actively support smaller charities and those struggling to become established.

Exclusions:

  • Non-registered charities

  • Individual requests

WE pledge financial support to charities WHO WE believe CAN deliver the best possible support and assistance where it is most needed.
